As a designer I have found my drive to make designs that are emotionally compelling by using the combination of technology and traditional methods while also having a sustainable mindset. It is my belief that the fashion industry needs to seek more sustainable practices to reduce and remove garment waste and instead use innovation to re-purpose materials. The future I want to be apart of is one that solves problems such as waste, unfair labor and responsible chemical processes. My goal is to attain a job in technical design and then create my own company that will use technology to find a way to consume old clothing materials to make new garments.
